How does a powder filling machine work?

1.Before using powder filling machine, remove the reinforcement screws from the bottom, open the top with a hex key, and set up the hopper and baffle for flow rate control. Connect the foot switch to the 4-hole interface on the right.

2.Power on the packing machine, turn on the side switch to activate the control panel, and enter standby mode with a sound notification.

3.Load material into the hopper and set the desired weight on the control panel.

4.Choose the filling speed (fast, medium, slow) based on material size.

5.Press start for automatic operation, using the foot switch for material dispensing. Use the stop button to pause or stop.

6.The display shows the packing count; reset with the reset button.

7.To clean grain packing machine, open the hopper baffle and press the clear button for 3 seconds.

8.Turn off the filling machine when not in use for extended periods.
